Mar Acuatic Recort (M.A.R.) is a company that specializes in the development of programs for leisure and free time in combination with lessons in nautical sports. Our facilities are located on the coast. M.A.R. has its headquarters in Los Alcázares, in Murcia, which is in south-eastern Spain. Los Alcázares is also known as "The California of Europe" for its frequent sunny days and suave temperatures (the average temperature is 20ºC). The main focus of M.A.R is on nautical sports (canoeing, scuba diving, windsurfing and kitesurfing). We teach sailing in all its varieties, from Optimists to Cruises and from beginner through expert levels, even for competitions. We offer these complementary activities: rock-climbing, canoeing, beach sports, swimming, games for children, children's clay modeling, environmental eduation, group dynamics, etc. In that way, we characterize ourselves as a company that offers a complete collection of leisurely sociocultural activities. Here in Mar Menor, we host a variety of nautical-sport activities. We are one of the major navigable salt-water lakes; our water constantly exchanges itself with new fresh water from the Mediterranean. We have a constant breeze and very small waves. Being surrounded by mountains and supported by exotic islands, along with friendly and open people makes this resort one of the most secure and charismatic of the world. It is a place of priviledged leisure, and is unique on an international level. |
